I was looking for information regarding how fast child support cases in Illinois is litigated to compare it with current processes in the state of California and so far, the information I have gathered reveal that there are less publicly documented cases in the former.

They must've been getting less complaint and cases in their area. The big ones like criminal cases are not likely to appear in such small town.
