Twenty-five cats, however
cleanly, were twenty-three cats too many, and eviction would lie, should tenant
not comply with edict that two were aplenty. Dunbar Paint Supply Corp.
v. Hunt, 232 N.Y.S.2d 637 (N.Y.City Civ.Ct., 1962)
Some would argue that 25 cats are 25 too many, at least.
