Deposition Levity

I'm going through some deposition transcripts in preparation for an upcoming trial. I thought you might enjoy the following exchange:

Mr. Huseman:  Do you have an attorney in that case?
Witness:  Yes.
Mr. Huseman:  Who is it?
Witness:  Grossman.
Mr. Huseman:  Rex Grossman?
Witness:  No. Jay Cutler.
